Libyan National Olive Day

Event Details

The “Libyan National Olive Day” is a national annual event and investment platform, the first of its kind in Libya. The inaugural edition coincides with the beginning of the olive harvesting and pressing season, bringing together the key stakeholders of Libya’s olive cultivation and olive-oil industry under one roof. It is held under Council of Ministers Resolution No. (437) of 2026.

The event connects farmers, olive-mill owners, production-line and packaging manufacturers, banking and financing institutions, commercial companies, exporters, importers, and international buyers, to enhance the quality of Libyan olive oil, strengthen its presence in international markets, and support economic transformation through the diversification of non-oil exports.
