**A Strategic Step Toward Strengthening Libya’s Entrepreneurship Ecosystem**

As part of our ongoing efforts to empower startups and support the national economy, we are pleased to announce the signing of a **Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)** between **United International Company for Exhibitions and Conferences (UNITED EXPO)** and the **Global Entrepreneurship Network – Libya (GEN Libya)**.

**Partnership Objective:**

The two parties will collaborate to organize **Global Entrepreneurship Week – Libya**, taking place from **November 16–22, 2026**.

The week will feature a comprehensive and engaging agenda, including:

• Specialized training programs and interactive workshops.
• Exhibitions and a diverse range of cultural and economic events.
• Media support and comprehensive logistical coordination to ensure the success of this national event.

This agreement represents a pivotal milestone toward building a **supportive and enabling environment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)**, strengthening **public-private sector partnerships**, and opening new and promising opportunities for young people and entrepreneurs across Libya.
